This year the IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation will be held at Montréal, Canada. The workshop entitled “The Future in Aerial Robotics: Challenges and Opportunities” was recently accepted in this conference and will take place on May 23rd in the room 517a of the Palais des Congrès de Montréal.
According to its website, this workshop is focused on the analysis of the evolution of aerial robotics technologies and applications in order to identify the most relevant challenges and opportunities in the next decade both for the academia and industry including developers and end users.
The AEROARMS coordinator Anibal Ollero will open the event with a talk entitled “Aerial Robotics: Introduction to Challenges and Opportunities” where the AEROARMS progress will be showed as example. Also, several members from GRVC-USE and LAAS-CNRS will expose the advances of this project during their expositions.
